REFUND POLICY

1. Scope

This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which RONOVA LLC, operating under the trade name RONOVAL, reviews and evaluates refund requests related to its eCommerce consulting services.

By purchasing or using our services, the client expressly agrees to this Refund Policy.

2. Final Sales

Due to the nature of our services — which include access to specialized knowledge, strategic information, and materials protected by intellectual property rights — all sales are final.

RONOVA LLC does not guarantee any business, financial, or operational results.
Failure to achieve expected results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Limited Exceptions

At its sole discretion, RONOVA LLC may issue a full or partial refund only in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

Verified technical errors in payment processing
Duplicate or incorrect charges

Refunds are not automatic and are not guaranteed.

4. Refund Request Process

All refund requests must:

Be submitted in writing to admin@ronovallc.net
Be made within seven (7) calendar days of the original payment date
Include sufficient information to allow proper review (full name, email, proof of payment)

Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

Failure to attend scheduled sessions or calls
Lack of implementation or execution by the client
Change of mind or personal or financial circumstances
Subjective dissatisfaction with the service
Unmet expectations regarding results

6. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe determined by the applicable payment processor.

RONOVA LLC is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment platforms.
